I have the right to decline any commission.

I retain the right to showcase commissioned works on my social media for promotion and in my portfolio, while giving appropriate credit to the client and all contributing artists.

The files delivered to the client are for execution only. The editable cmo3 file will not be provided to the client.

Please do not distribute or resell the commissioned work without my permission. Please contact me in advance if you intend to resell my work.

You must credit me when using the commissioned work. (The credit should appear in the description or bio of the platform used.)

The delivery time for the commission may be influenced by various factors, such as health or personal issues. (You will be notified if any of these arise.)

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a full refund if personal circumstances prevent me from completing it.

If you require privacy for the commission, the fee may be adjusted depending on whether the client agrees to make only certain aspects of the commission private. Privacy Fee 25% of total

If you are selected, and the information provided allows it, I will send you an approximate quote for your model and other details regarding the commission. Once everything is discussed and agreed upon, your request will be added to my work schedule. Before starting work on your order, I will contact you to confirm all the details.

Once the project begins, periodic progress updates will be provided every 5 days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), showcasing elements such as eyes, mouth, angles, and more.

After receiving updates, feel free to request any changes or adjustments. Your feedback is highly encouraged throughout the process to ensure the highest quality in the final result.

Pon receiving the latest model updates, you are welcome to provide a list of any revisions you'd like to request.

Once everything is finalized, I will send you the final commission file. If you wish to make minor revisions after the delivery of the final work, feel free to contact me, as they might be free of charge.

During the commissioning process, minor revisions are free, although they have a set limit. However, major revisions, both before and after the final delivery of the work, are not free of charge.

Refunds of payment will not be accepted once the project has started.

To start the model project, it is necessary to receive 50% of the total payment or full payment.

Full payment must be completed prior to delivery of final files.

Invoices are sent via PayPal. Payments are only accepted through this platform.

Once the work is finalized, refunds cannot be given.

The prices provided are initial estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the final work.

If a character requires more than three arm alternations, the cost will increase proportionally for each additional alternation. Similarly, if the character has costume changes, the price for arm alternations will be higher, as they need to be adapted to each outfit.

For effects like flames or particles, I recommend hiring an artist specializing in such animations. Once the artist provides the PNG images of the animation frames, I can integrate them into the model.

Priority Fee: We can coordinate the details privately to accommodate your timeline. Please note that an additional fee of 35% of the total price will apply.
